Here at Cacique Lawn Care, we understand that price is a big part of the purchase decision and we want to be open and transparent about our pricing structure. Sharing this information is rare in our industry, but I believe that by making our costs, expenses and pricing transparent, we will earn the trust of our Customers, employees and community. We have nothing to hide and we want to provide our Customers with all the information they need to determine if we are the right fit for their yard maintenance.

Our minimum price per job is $35, we calculate the cost of lawn mowing and property cleanups using prices per square foot, but there are different variables that can affect the price, like size of the yard, amount of debris, etc., we try to keep our prices as standardized as possible in order to continue operating our business in an effective way, to be able to provide our team with fair pay and quality service to our clients.

With that said, we are not the right lawn maintenance company for some homeowners and clients. If someone is looking for discounts, barters or price matching... Cacique Lawn Care is not the service for them. We are not the lowest price in the area, but we are certainly not the most expensive. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency within the company in order to offer our Clients the best possible price.
