Our goal is to make our pricing simple, transparent, and affordable. We have standardized the prices used for grass cutting, based on​​ square feet. Our minimum price for Grass Cutting is $35.00. There are many variables that can affect pricing, but these are the general guidelines we use. If the property requires an initial cut with a "trimmer" or "weedeater" because the weeds and grass are too tall for a mower, this will be considered a yard cleanup and it will be charged as such in addition to the mowing fee, assuming that mowing will also be required. These prices are for the Lawn Mowing service on a weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks or monthly schedule, whichever you prefer. Variables Affecting Price
Yard Shape: A perfectly rectangular yard will take much less time to mow compared to an oddly shaped yard with flowering bushes, trees, and obstacles scattered everywhere.
Elevation: Not all patios are conveniently located on flat land, a large number of properties are located on slopes and require much more time and effort from our team to effectively work the area.
Yard Size: Our prices are completely standardized and are based on the average prices of the industry in Puerto Rico. Our lawn mowing minimum cost is $35 and prices range from $0.01 - $0.017 per Square Foot (depending on the other variables mentioned). Example: 5000 square feet X $0.01 = $50
Number of Obstacles: we assume that the task of clearing the area to be worked of objects such as debris, garbage, excess leaves, and other obstacles will be part of the job, we also understand that many properties have not been tended to for a long time and the grass and weeds are considerably higher than normal so your yard requires a trimmer cut initially before using the mower, if so you will be charged a fee for Yard Cleanup service in addition to the Lawn Mowing. ¿En qué pueblos ofrecen sus servicios?Por el momento solo ofrecemos servicios en los siguientes municipios: Canovanas Loiza Rio Grande Luquillo Fajardo Ceiba Naguabo Si no reside en alguno de estos municipios pero vive en pueblos circundentes y solicita nuestros servicios se le cobrara un cargo extra por millaje tanto para la visita inicial para estimado y adicional al servicio que solicite.

¿Cuál es el precio de sus servicios?Nuestro servicio de Corte de Grama tiene un minimo por trabajo de $35.00. Calculamos el costo basado en pies cuadrados y los precios fluctuan entre $0.013 - $0.017 por pies cuadrado. Ejemplo: 5000 pies cuadrados X $0.014 = $70.00 El servicio de Limpieza de Patios se calcula de la misma manera, pero hay muchas otras variables que pueden afectar el precio como la llanura del patio, la cantidad de malezas como hierba mala, ramas, hojas y basura. Este servicio tambien tiene un minimo de $35.00.

¿Qué incluye sus servicios?El Corte de Grama incluye cortar los bordes del patio utilizando un trimmer o "edging tool", el corte de grama basico con la podadora y la limpieza de los residuos de grama que caen fuera del patio utilizando un "Leaf blower". Cualquier tarea adicional como embolsar la grama o recoger escombros que perturban la fluidez del trabajo se le cobrara un cargo adicional. La Limpieza de patios incluye el corte de malas hierbas utilizando un "trimmer", recogido de hojas, ramas, escombros y cualquier elemento que afecte la presentacion y salud de su patio, el recogido de la malas hierbas cortadas y la limpieza de residuos de grama y mala hierba alrededor del patio utilizando un "leaf blower". El servicio de Limpieza de Patios es completamente personalizado a su propiedad y el precio y tareas pueden variar. De requerir alguna tarea adicional que no esté enlistada habrá un cargo extra.
